DESCRIPTION:

A chalet with a warm atmosphere,
 small private, secluded garden and patio
and a  large decked terrace.

Ground floor: dual aspect living/dining room
                       1 double bedroom ensuite shower,
                       sep.wc.
                       equipped kitchen with dishwasher
                       and oven and microwave.
First floor:      1 twin bedroom (+ supplementary bed if required)
                        adjacent bathroom with bath & wc.
                        Split level mezzanine with 2 single beds.

N.B. the first floor  is in the eves with max.height 5ft/5ins. reached by a wooden spiral staircase.
Plenty of hot water !
 

There is easy access by road to the chalet and it is only one hour''s drive from Geneva.
From the chalet it is 2-3 minutes walk down to the village and main road for nearby shops and restaurants.  Or you can ski down the nearby Le Tourquet nursery slope to the village and at the end of the day take the lift up again and  walk across to the chalet.
2 minutes drive or bus ride to the Bellevue Telepherique, and 8 minutes to Chamonix Centre.

LES HOUCHES is situated at the entrance to the Chamonix Valley, very close to the Italian and Swiss borders.
